We have a strong commitment to supporting ongoing research into eating disorders.
As a clinical team, we are committed to staying up to date with the latest research into eating disorders, particularly developments in evidence-based treatment. We are equally committed to helping generate high quality research into eating disorders, mostly through Dr Roberts' research at the University of Auckland. Ongoing research is critical in fostering better understanding of these complex illnesses, so that we can continue to develop more targeted and effective treatment for the individuals and families affected.
Such developments would not be possible without the brave contributions of those who have had a lived experience of an eating disorder. Whether you are someone who has a current or past eating disorder, or if you have a loved one with an eating disorder, we ask you to consider becoming a research volunteer..
